Meet Émilie
Hello, I’m Émilie, RN, Founder and Director of Nursing at Émilie & Co. For over 10 years I have worked inside some of the most elite plastic surgery centers in Beverly Hills, from pre-op suite to the operating room to recovery. Surgeons requested me by name. Patients remember me long after the bandages came off.
What I kept seeing was this: patients and their families/friends truly do not know what recovery is going to feel like until they are in it. They think it will be manageable. Then they wake up from anesthesia groggy, dizzy, nauseous, in pain, with a stack of discharge instructions they cannot process, and the person next to them, as loving as they are, has no idea what to do either. That is the moment they usually wish they had a nurse. And that is usually the moment it is too late to find one.
I built Émilie & Co so that moment never has to happen. You plan for your surgery, you plan for your recovery too.

With over 12 years of experience, from ICU to perioperative nursing across Beverly Hills’ most respected plastics surgeons, Émilie has cared for thousands of patients, including high-profile patients and celebrities, anything from rhinoplasty, facelifts to complex body contouring and gender affirming procedures. Recruited exclusively by referral for over a decade, she has built her reputation on clinical excellence, surgeon trust, and absolute discretion.
Émilie founded Émilie & Co because she believes post-operative care deserves the same level of expertise as the surgery itself. She is not just founder, she is often your nurse. Precise, warm, and genuinely present, she brings the operating room standard of care directly to you, wherever you are recovering.
Nurse Marla, RN, BSN
Marla is a dedicated RN with experience in Step Down, Med/Surg-Tele, Pre-Op, and Home Health. She has worked at several major hospitals, including Kaiser and Providence St. John’s. Originally from Ohio and raised in North Hollywood, she holds degrees in economics and nursing and is currently pursuing a Nurse Practitioner credential. Marla is passionate about patient education and empowering clients to make informed health decisions.
